School is starting and I am already behind schedule with things. So what better way to make life a little easier than to find simple and yummy recipes to help round out your meal planning?
This week I talked to one of my bestest friends in the world, Linn Schroeder (click her name to check out her IG or message her). Linn has been interested in fitness and healthy living as long as I have known her. The best part - she loves to eat yummy food so none of her recipes taste bland or boring.
Simple cheesy bell pepper scrambled eggs
- 2 eggs, scrambled. Set aside
- diced bell peppers, lightly sautéed
- Once the bell peppers are done, add the 2 eggs and 1/4 cup shredded cheese
That's it! This recipe is for one, but could easy be adjusted to feed more.
