Recipe: Garden Vegetable Stir-Fry

          Ingredients:
- Assorted garden vegetables (such as bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
 - Garlic cloves, minced
 - Ginger, minced
 - Soy sauce
 - Sesame oil
 - Cooked rice or noodles
 - Optional: tofu, chicken, or shrimp for protein
 
- Cut the assorted garden vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
 - Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
 - Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
 - Add the vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry until they are tender-crisp.
 - If using protein, add it to the skillet and cook until cooked through.
 - Season with soy sauce to taste.
 - Serve the stir-fried vegetables and protein over cooked rice or noodles.
 - Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
